I’ll get to spend a whole three weeks with my love. And my friends, family, and pets of course.
This Christmas and New Year’s Eve will be the best. I just know it. Especially since I’ve packed my Christmas sweater. Took up a lot of space I could have used for clothing, especially since I packed more dresses than t-shirts. haha. Totally worth it though
I feel like I did well on it. Some kind at A at least.
I messed up on my ID number though and had to go back and ask to fix it. I felt stupid. But I never use my ID since I don’t eat in the cafeteria anymore. Oh well. Besides that silly mistake, I’m so glad I’m done with that. Just a German exam tomorrow…I dunno about that one though…
Feel like I know the material well enough when test time rolls around
Has a headache
Just wants to sleep or do nothing at all
I still need to practice for my sax jury though…tomorrow…And my German test…I dunno about that one…I feel like I’ll do fine, but ima nota soa confidente when it comeses to ze Deutsch. I dunno why I’m talking like that…Help.
Read about it in the school newspaper today. haha. So you put in the ISBM number and you click your favorite beer. It’ll compare what price different book sites are willing to buy you book at as well as how much that’s worth in beer.
It’s a way easier way to find the best place to sell back books than going to each website.
Wasn’t planning on it, but I got invited so I feel like I can study this evening then relax by painting pottery then going out and having fun one last time before finals week starts and the semester ends.
Today I learned that Germans do in fact talk about the Hitler and everything about that time frame.
They actually preserve things like that like sites and documents so people can learn about them and from them so they don’t repeat history. So basically everything American public school system has taught us about them denying the Holocaust is a lie. Geez America. You lie about Germany while you yourself stay quite about your own Holocaust. What a great country we live in…
Germany also have a really fascinating Jewish museum. The architectural design of the building is brilliant.
Just found out today that the piece of music the wind ensemble has practice almost all semester, and is performing tonight, was written for the Royal Northern College of Music, which is like, one of the best music schools apparently.
Explains why the piece is so damn hard. Apparently it’s the hardest piece he’s ever given this band. Pretty excited that I was able to be in the top half of the band that actually got to play it, despite the fact I don’t play on a lot of the runs (if I actually practiced I probably could have been able to play them). I love concert bands. I wish there were less alto saxophones though. Can we just kick out the last few chairs? haha jk.
I’ve gotten like two or three Bs while the rest are Ds I think…and the lowest quiz grade gets canceled, so hopefully all my high scoring tests and these few B quizzes will help me pass my class. I want an A, but a B will suffice.
